NVH Development


In a car vibrations are controlled by the mounts of the powertrain and the suspension. The goal is to analyse the structure born noise with its effects and disharmonies adequate in order to be able to control or anihilate it with constructive measures in design of engine mounts and the suspension. In order to control the structure born noise active (hydraulic) or passive it is important to consider it from the very beginning at the drawing board (CAD), at the start of the construction.

Is the automotive supplier able to influence the acustic qualities of parts in the early stage of development (CAD), the customer averts aditional costs, if in a later prototype stage unespected NVH problems occur, at a stage when small changes on a car (prototype) cause high efforts and costs.

We have the know how and the apropriate apparatus to develope and research NVH conform, and offer to our customers OEM service and support in their development process. We have allready developed complete mount sets for several mass production cars, see the link 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

NVH Testing Facility  BBM PAK II (32 Channel)


The NVH Testing Facility enables us to measure Vibrations and Structure Born Noise in the car body in order to analyse the way vibrations develop in the structure. With the vibration behavior analysis we can develop appropriate and optimal engine mounts.

OEM Testing / Development


Jiebao is testing according to OEM Criteria. To develop and produce according to our clients criteria, our testing facility works strictly in accordance with the rules of our OEMs.
