Jiebao goes with responsibility for humans
and and enviroment into the right Future.
Here a sample out of the production of boots for the Volkswagen Passat, made by the DEKRA concerning PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon).
The legal limit for PAH in the automotive sector is 100 mg/kg, for Power-Tools the legal limit is much lower, 10 mg/kg.
In order to be able to hold a tool for an adequate time in your hand, the low PAH limit makes sure, that there will be no traces of PAH remain in the skin, which could cause cancer.
Our boots show an PAH amount of 4,8 mg/kg.

Rubber and Nitrosamin
Nitrosamin is a further Carcinogen, which can appear in many varieties.
With Malt (food) the legally permitted level is 2,5µg/kg, with beer it is 0,5µg/kg.
Nitrosamine can as well appear in Rubber and is for instance a topic with ballons.
Als producer for rubber the Jiebao Group has the Responsibility for health. As OEM supplier we must check the Nitrosamin amounts regularily in order to guarantee the quality, which is expected of our customers.

Know-How: Jiebao develops Rubber Mixtures since the 80ies.
Our Engineers do have a decades lasting Experience in the technic of rubber production. Knowledge one can not learn, but has to experience.
Our Variety of rubber applications is wide spread, we produce rubber for all possible applications of the automotive sector, as well as for powertools and the industrial sector.
Rubber Production
Jiebao´s base of success founds in its sophisticated Rubber Mixing Center.
Four floors high is the fully automatic working Mixing System, in which the apropriate Raw Material is turned into the required Rubber, according to the very Purpose and demand of the whished rubber Application.
The system runs with automatic feeding, Black Carbon is blown in as powder via silos, in order to grant constant Hygiene. The Mixing Center works as precise as gramms.
Because Jiebao produces its own rubber mixture, we are able to control the quality of our parts from the singular raw materials up to the assembled part in the vehicle.
